Art Apartments by Typic Hotels’s pool area generally receives mixed feedback from guests with several highlighting both positive and negative aspects. Many appreciate the pool’s clean and well-equipped facilities, mentioning the availability of loungers and umbrellas which contribute to a peaceful and pleasant environment. Some guests enjoyed the luxury of having an almost private experience, especially during off-peak seasons. The pool's proximity to the beach and the convenience of a nearby bar are also noted as significant positives.
However, there are recurring comments on the pool’s small size and its location in the shade, resulting in colder water temperatures. Several reviewers expressed concerns about cleanliness, indicating that the pool was not cleaned frequently enough and sometimes appeared dirty or even depressing. The area could potentially benefit from better maintenance and improved access control to prevent non-residents from using the facilities.
Overall, while the pool area at Art Apartments by Typic Hotels offers some attractive features such as tranquility and adequate amenities, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and space.
