Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category

Summarized by AI

Hotel Bienestar Termas de Moncao offers a mixed bag of experiences when it comes to their pool facilities. On the positive side, the outdoor pool is often described as spectacular and wonderful, providing a great setting for a relaxing swim. Children particularly enjoy spending time at the pool and there are gardens nearby that contribute to a tranquil atmosphere.

However, there are several areas in need of improvement. Many reviewers reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including missing tiles, sand in the pool, cloudy water and facilities that are partly working or not operational at all. Some found the indoor thermal pool disappointing due to its lack of surveillance and misuse as a public pool, while others observed that the amenities were lacking and that the water treatment appeared off.

Despite the potential for a good pool experience, the condition of the facilities leaves something to be desired. Repairs and better maintenance could significantly enhance the overall experience.
