The butler services were fantastic and some specific staff members were highlighted for providing exceptional service. Although there were a few incidents with staff and slow service, the majority of staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor incidents, Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia is a great place for a vacation.
