The leisure facilities are high quality and very clean. The pool is a great bonus and is described as amazing, lovely and nice by guests. However, some guests were disappointed with the limited use of the pool, which was only available during restricted timings. Additionally, some guests found the extra charges for pool use frustrating, especially if they had paid for spa treatments. Despite these limitations, the refurbished pool is very nice and breakfast is very good with a lovely pool area. Overall, the location, bar and restaurant received positive reviews as well.
