Guests loved starting their day with a soak in the pool and steam room, which were both described as fabulous, clean and spotless. Some guests even enjoyed free swimming on Bank Holidays and weekends. While some mentioned the pool area felt rather gloomy and changing rooms were dirty, most found the ambience in the bar and leisure facilities to be adequate and great, respectively.
