The spa area is small but guests still found it lovely. Unfortunately, some guests experienced rude staff and difficulty booking treatments. Some found the pool area a bit tatty and not very relaxing. However, overall guests enjoyed the spa and noted that all facilities were amazing. While some guests had negative experiences with the spa treatment and found the Spa quite small, others had a lovely two nights away for spa treatment.
