At The Mole Resort - Lodges, the pool facilities receive mixed reviews from guests. The indoor pool is appreciated for its suitability with the unpredictable British weather, offering a clean and pleasant swimming experience. The hottest pool receives positive mentions, though occasional issues have been noted. Despite the tired appearance of the pool area, gym facilities maintain high standards of cleanliness.
However, guests frequently mentioned the need for renovation of the pool's changing rooms and showers, describing them as dated and dilapidated. There have been instances where the pool temperature was uncomfortably cold, and the jacuzzi was non-functional during some stays. Despite these concerns, the hot tubs in the lodges emerged as a standout feature, providing a serene escape for guests who enjoy soaking while listening to the sounds of nature. While The Mole Resort - Lodges offers enjoyable aquatic amenities, improvement in certain areas could enhance the overall experience.
