The staff, particularly Lynn, is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable with thick, cozy duvets perfect for colder months. Guests rave about the fresh and self-service continental breakfast provided in their rooms, complete with all the necessities for a great start to their day. While there are only small microwave, small fridge, no washing up facilities, only sink in shower room available, guests appreciate the option to cook in their room as plates and cutlery are also available.
