Though some have experienced claustrophobia, broken items and uncomfortable beds, the majority have described them as clean, well-staffed and uniquely styled. The staff are amazing, accommodating and ensure guests feel cared for and special, making them feel like royalty. The beds are comfortable though there were some negative comments. Additionally, the hotel is a perfect choice for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as the Boho style and incense fragrance create an intimate and enchanting atmosphere with unique, memorable aesthetics.
