Hotel Gräfrather Hof is a comfortable and well-equipped hotel that offers a mix of old and new elements. The rooms are lovely and the service is fantastic, providing guests with a superb experience. The hotel offers various facilities that are great for a relaxing stay, though some guests have noted that the four-star rating might not entirely match the facilities and services provided. For instance, the main building offers four-star rated rooms, whereas the annex only features three-star rooms.
