The staff is attentive and friendly, the reception is perfect and the kitchen is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping is superb. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and prepared with love. While some guests had smaller rooms with older bathrooms, this did not detract from their overall satisfaction with the hotel. However, a few guests felt that the hotel's positioning as a five-star establishment was not accurate and expected more from the facilities and services provided. Nonetheless, the majority of guests highly recommended the Privathotel Lindtner Hamburg and would gladly return.
