Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Gulf Shores by IHG, offers a mixed experience for guests. Many appreciate the outdoor pool as a relaxing and comfortable spot with some children thoroughly enjoying their time there. The pool area, although small and sometimes perceived as tiny, provides a simple yet enjoyable escape.
However, cleanliness appears to be an issue with multiple guests noting that the pool required more frequent cleaning. Complaints include styrofoam debris, sand at the bottom and even black mold around the edge. There were also instances of broken equipment, such as a drain that caused injury to a guest. Despite these issues, the pool remains a valued amenity for many visitors.
