The pool area is good, always with warmer water than in the ocean and the gym outside the hotel is also very nice. The atmosphere is calm and not overcrowded with a beach view. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, some reviews from guests seem to have had issues such as only having shampoo and gel in a difficult-to-open sachet and just one shower cap, which is not what they would expect from a 4-star hotel. Regardless, for the most part, it seems that guests have had a pleasant stay at SBH Taro Beach Hotel.
