Guests can enjoy the large heated outdoor pool and hot tub, while the indoor pool provides a nice alternative even though the water quality could use some improvement. Plus, there's a large whirlpool tub for guests to relax in. The pool was open until 11 pm, providing plenty of opportunities for guests to unwind and enjoy the water in the evening. The surrounding location view pools add to the atmosphere, making it a great spot to chill out - even though there were no food or drink services available in the outdoor pool area. However, some guests had to miss out on the pool due to issues with robes, fresh towels or whirlpool malfunction. All in all, a very good pool facility and highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver with accessible features but would benefit from some upgrading such as electric car charging options.
