Some guests noted that the sun beds had to be lifted over a fence to put them on the beach, which was heavy and awkward to lift, but this was a minor issue. The main complaint about the pools was that there were no pool towels available for five days and the pool service was rarely available.
Overall, the large grounds and the excellent swimming pools, even though needing resurfacing and retiling, were great for guests to relax within the beautiful park-like resort. The prime location on the beautiful Grand Anse beach was also a significant draw for guests.
