The warm pool water and sauna in the spa center were highly enjoyable and the outdoor pools, which were surrounded by scenic views and even deer, offered plenty of entertainment options. Though some rooms had leaking pools or debris settled at the bottom, overall the pool experiences were relaxing and invigorating. Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks such as bugs in the pool or dirty tiles, but staff were quick to rectify these issues.
