The hotel is close to the beach and the water park, which is well-maintained and provides a lot of fun for everyone. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and cleanliness is evident throughout the hotel. Although some guests felt that the rooms could be more luxurious considering the five-star rating, the hotel offers good value for money. The food choices are varied and tasty with something different every day. The beach is perfect with warm waters and waves. However, some negative comments were made about the lack of bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms, as well as the absence of a fully equipped fitness center. Despite this, many guests still rate the hotel 5 stars and the All-Inclusive package exceeded their expectations.
