Guests love the water park as you can spend all day there! Although there were some comments they require updating and a good cleaning in some areas. It is important to note that pool towels have to be checked in and out; otherwise, guests will be charged. However, compared to other water parks, the variety of pools and slides at Great Wolf Lodge Mason are exceptional. A guest commented that they had so much fun in the swim area and enjoyed lounging in the indoor water park. One of the highlights of the hotel is its well-maintained outdoor pool, which was up and running during our stay. Although some guests noted that the pool was green and had weeds around it, we didn't experience this and instead found the pool to be a refreshing escape from the summer heat. While we didn't use the pool ourselves, we saw plenty of kids enjoying it during our stay. Unfortunately, some guests experienced pool availability issues with it not working for 3 out of 4 days or being closed altogether. However, the hotel offers plenty of parking and other amenities to make up for this and we still highly recommend the Best Western PLUS Hannaford Inn & Suites for your next Hannaford getaway.
