However, guests with disabilities may struggle with the numerous stairs and lack of lift and there is limited reserved parking available. The hotel kindly reserved parking spots for some disabled guests, but others found the parking situation chaotic and restricted. Rooms were also spread across different levels, making it difficult for older or less able visitors and the bathroom was poorly upgraded with a high-sided bath and no handle bars. However, the staff were accommodating, reserving ground floor rooms and making temporary changes to the entrance and reception. The breakfast was expensive but the views from the bar and restaurant were enjoyable, although not accessible to all guests. Those with mobility issues should take caution when booking The Spa Hotel.
