The spa swimming pool was very good and there's a great thermal area to relax and enjoy the steam & sauna facilities. However, some guests mentioned that the spa was pretty crowded and had a strong chlorine smell. There were also comments that the staff in the spa were not helpful. Despite this, many guests still thoroughly enjoyed the spa and their treatments; one even called it the best spa facility they’ve visited. If you're looking for an onsite spa, this hotel is a great option. To improve the spa experience, some guests suggested bigger robes for spas and that children should not be allowed in the spa. Additionally, there were a few comments that the spa access was limited given the price. But overall, the spa was a great bonus to an already fantastic stay with excellent facilities, lovely staff and a peaceful atmosphere.
