The SCOTTY & EMILY Hotel Ulm has received mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating. Many guests feel that the hotel does not live up to the expectations of a four-star establishment. Common concerns highlight the lack of air conditioning, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the cost is criticized as being too high for what is provided with some reviews calling the facilities substandard and not worthy of a four-star status. The breakfast buffet also falls short for some, described as simple and not always fresh.
However, there are positive mentions as well. A portion of the guests find the hotel passable in its four-star category and acknowledge that it offers the basic amenities expected of such a rating. Despite the flashy appearance, the overall experience does not quite meet the higher expectations set by other comparable four-star hotels. The recurring sentiment is a desire for enhanced quality to fully justify the four-star label.
