However, some negative aspects include limited shade near the pools, lack of lighting and overpriced umbrellas. Guests also noted the need for more attention and care from staff. Overall, the pool area is a great complement to the numerous dining options and lobby area, but some guests feel the territory is too small for the amount of people staying. Despite this, the pools themselves are nice, large and clean with the exception of some pools being under maintenance or not well-maintained. So, while there may be some downsides, the pools are generally a great feature of the hotel.

There are also reports of occasional pool closures for private events, but such temporary setbacks hardly detract from the overall pool experience, which is heavenly.
