However, there are concerns regarding the repetitiveness and the occasional unavailability of hot food. The shift from a buffet to a set meal due to COVID-19 has also garnered mixed reactions. While the quality of breakfast is generally appreciated, some guests feel the extra cost does not justify the experience, suggesting exploring nearby brunch spots as a better alternative.
Spacious and modern rooms equipped with amenities like bathtubs, Bluetooth speakers and large windows with cityscape views are a highlight for guests. Furnishings are comfortable and the beds often praised for their moderate firmness, providing a restful sleep. The front desk staff are particularly commended for their professional attitude and willingness to assist, though there are occasional mentions of slow responses and lapses in enthusiasm during peak times. Housekeeping is also praised for their efficiency but must address recurring cleanliness issues to meet guest expectations consistently.
For families, the hotel shines in its accommodations, offering spacious family rooms with adequate amenities and thoughtful touches like children's play areas and utensils for young diners. While noise levels from children playing can be a minor issue, the overall family-friendly atmosphere and services make it a strong choice for those traveling with kids.
