The bartenders and hardworking staff were also commended. However, some guests had negative experiences with their tents, including bed bugs, mold and uncomfortable beds. Some staff members were described as dismissive, rude, unhelpful and even arrogant, but most guests had a good experience with the staff and described them as very nice and helpful.
