Despite some small pools for the number of guests and occasional overcrowding, guests overall loved the pool area, which included an adult-only pool, multiple beautiful pools and a great resort pool. The staff provided helpful service, setting up chairs and umbrellas daily. Though limited parking and early pool closing times were minor issues for some, many guests enjoyed the option to reserve the pool to prevent overcrowding. The pool area was complemented by a boardwalk to the beach and close proximity to on-site restaurants and the resort spa.
