However, the bedrooms were described as excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable by many visitors. While some reviewers felt that the hotel didn't live up to its four-star rating, others found it to be superb, fabulous, amazing and wonderful. The building setting and location were praised, as were the bar, lounge and breakfast. Guests also found the staff to be welcoming, helpful and pleasant. However, the limited facilities and noisy rooms due to poor noise insulation and proximity to a highway were mentioned as drawbacks. Despite this, many guests hope to return soon and found the hotel to be a beautiful, superb and amazing place to stay with great food and service at a reasonable price.
