Some guests noted that small details such as uneven shower floors and pedal-operated beach showers detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, guests seeking a spa experience may want to look elsewhere, as the hotel's spa has limited options. The breakfast offerings were not up to 5-star standards with mediocre food quality and some guests had to pay extra for laundry services. Nevertheless, many guests had an exceptional experience at the hotel and highly recommend it for its beautiful location and cleanliness. However, language barriers were a challenge for some guests, as not many staff members spoke foreign languages.
