Some found the small size to be adequate for a swim, while others found it disappointing, especially since they had to pay for its use. However, those who did use the pool enjoyed it, along with the free use of the health spa's sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi, which enhanced their feeling of luxury. Guests appreciated the 14m length of the pool and found it great for swimming lengths. They also complimented the jacuzzi and leisure centre and described the swimming pool as fantastic and excellent. Some guests were surprised to be required to wear bath caps in the pool, but overall guests enjoyed taking a dip in the nice, albeit small, swimming pool.
