Designed for minimal interference with the natural environment: Onsite there is a 40 year old Neem tree (Mwarobaini) which we conserved. The restaurant is built around the tree and the bark from the tree is used to make Neem tree tea.

Wastewater is reused after treatment. Rinsed water from the washing machine on site is treated and reused for washing floors.
