Guests rave about the outdoor jacuzzi, indoor heated pool and infinity pool with one guest even enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi during snowfall! The pool is refreshing and extraordinary and some guests say it's the best feature of the entire property. Unfortunately, some guests missed out on the temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi during their stay because of maintenance and some had unfortunate experiences with the pool being closed due to COVID-19 or under renovation. Despite this, guests note that the jacuzzi is in the best place and overall the pool and location of the hotel are excellent. Show more

The pool area is designed to accommodate children as well. Guests have enjoyed swimming in the 30-degree warm pool in the morning and evening. Although there were a few negative comments about noise levels and pool temperature monitoring, guests overall found the indoor heated pool to be very nice. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the heated pool was not operating. Guests have mentioned that access to the spa and gym, including the pool, can be a bit of a challenge due to the six flights of stairs required to reach the spa and navigate to the gym. Show more
