Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
ESSE Apartamentos Las Setas is lauded for its prime location in Seville's vibrant heart, providing guests with an extraordinary base to explore the city's cultural and lively scene. Located near the iconic Metropol Parasol and surrounded by an assortment of markets, eateries, and bars, the apartments offer unmatched convenience and appeal, with key attractions within easy walking distance. Guests consistently emphasize the superb positioning as a standout feature, often describing it as perfect. The location, coupled with a delightful terrace offering charming views, creates an alluring package for visitors seeking affordable, centrally-located accommodation.
However, reviews regarding cleanliness present a mixed picture, with experiences ranging from satisfactory conditions to notable issues such as dusty interiors, unclean bathrooms, and maintenance problems. While some guests find the accommodations very clean, inconsistencies in upkeep are evident.
Interactions with the staff generally evoke positive sentiments, with many guests praising the team's friendliness, attentiveness, and responsiveness. Notable exceptions include delayed communication and occasional mishaps, such as being left outside due to lapses in contact.
Wi-Fi service remains a recurring issue, with numerous reports of unreliable or unavailable connectivity. Guests frequently experience slow or intermittent internet access, compounded by delayed responses from the host regarding these issues.
Opinions on the beds reveal a broad spectrum of experiences. While some guests appreciate the comfort and spaciousness of the accommodations, others report discomfort, noting inadequate mattresses and pillows, worn-out beds, and issues with fold-out beds.
In summary, ESSE Apartamentos Las Setas thrives on its exceptional location and friendly staff, offering great potential for an enriching stay in Seville, though improvements in cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability, and bed comfort could enhance the overall guest experience.
