The small spa could also be reserved for private use free of charge and the staff were accommodating when Covid-19 limitations meant not all facilities were available. Some guests reported issues with the sauna stopping, but a technician was on hand to fix it. Despite this, the spa was praised as fun, relaxing and great for the colder days. The spa and pool area were also considered gorgeous with some raving about the indoor spa. There were occasional comments about cleanliness concerns and tepid water, but overall guests were impressed with the spa, which was available at no extra charge.
