The pool and beach areas are very pleasant and relaxing and the staff at the bar and around the pool are friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides a great variety of optional activities and entertainment team, as well as quality shows every night. The food is very good with international variation every day and the staff are extraordinary. However, some guests complain that the pool and beach areas can get very busy and crowded and some guests do not dispose of their cups properly.
