However, some were disappointed that the pool was quite cold and some guests were unable to use the pool and hot tub due to closure. Despite this, some guests had a wonderful experience with two pool/sauna sessions during their overnight stay. The hotel offered access to the indoor heated pool and gym, but children were restricted to certain hours for usage. While the limited pool times for kids may be a downside, the overall experience was enjoyable with the lovely room and nice pool being highlights.
