Despite some instances where other guests may be rowdy or loud, the resort has different pools so it was never overcrowded. Additionally, the Caribbean architecture and great local entertainment add to the ambiance of the pool area. Families with children will appreciate that the pools are child-friendly, although some would like a bit more shade available around the swimming pools. The resort also offers a walk-in/beach-like pool, but guests beware of extremely cold water in some of the pools. While one guest notes algae growth on the pool wall, it seems that overall the pools are well-maintained. Show more

The aquarobics class was a highlight and the VIBE team worked hard to keep everyone entertained. Guests enjoyed the aqua fit and the pool bar was a lot of fun. There was also a nice, quiet pool by the Italian restaurant that provided a great spot to relax. The beach was amazing with one guest describing it as beautiful and relaxing. The surroundings were excellent with outdoor pools available for those looking for a swim. However, some guests were disappointed with the loud pop music played by all pools from 11 am to 5 pm everyday. Additionally, a few guests were unhappy with the food and drinks for the all-inclusive price and being told they were in the wrong pool three days into their stay.
