The Passford House Hotel boasts a delightful swimming pool with both indoor and outdoor options. Guests can enjoy a heated indoor pool area or take a dip in the great outdoor swimming pool. Although the outdoor swimming pool was closed during our visit, the indoor swimming pool was reasonable and enjoyable. The pool was mentioned positively multiple times with guests describing it as lovely, amazing and warm and clean. Families with children were particularly fond of the pool, as the kids loved it and found it fun to use. However, some guests found the indoor pool to be disappointingly small with a shower area that was reminiscent of outdated ones from the 60s. Despite this, the indoor pool was still considered a treat by others. Some guests also noted that the outdoor pool was closed during their visit or that they were disappointed to find it shut after thinking they would have access to it. Overall, the Passford House Hotel's pool was a nice touch with both indoor and outdoor options available.

The The NICI New Forest has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, perfect for families with children who love to swim. The indoor pool is safe, clean and warm, but the children's area can be colder than the main pool. The outdoor pool is great for those hot summer days, but it may not be for everyone as some guests found it cold. Regardless, the pools are a great addition to the leisure facilities which also include a spa. However, some guests were disappointed with the lack of friendliness from the staff at the leisure facilities. While some found the pool to be lovely and well-maintained, others mentioned that the area around the pool wasn't always clean and there were slips as a result of the wet floor. Despite these complaints, the hotel's spacious grounds and lovely views may offer an amazing outdoor experience for some.
