Guests appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the well-located hotel, with rooms that, while reported as slightly outdated, are maintained to a high standard with daily service. The combination of cozy rooms, efficient housekeeping, and modern amenities like a relaxing spa, gym, and pool enriches the experience for visitors looking to unwind after exploring the city.
Breakfast at Andorra Palace receives high praise, noted for its impressive variety and quality, providing a delightful start to the day. Though slightly pricey, guests find the buffet generally fair value for money, and the connected spa is a notable highlight, praised for its cleanliness and range of wellness options. Access to the spa and gym, shared with neighboring hotels, is consistently lauded, offering a comprehensive relaxation experience.
While the dinner service garners mixed feedback due to it being served at a nearby Mercure Hotel and requiring separate drink purchases, the variety and quality often satisfy guests, especially those on short stays. Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel presents challenges, which is an area noted for needing improvement. Meanwhile, parking is also seen as inconvenient due to location and cost, although some appreciate the available monitored spaces.
Overall, Andorra Palace stands out for its prime location, exceptional staff, and extensive facilities, offering a welcoming stay that combines relaxation, exploration, and convenience, despite some areas for future enhancement.
