SPA session should be booked well in advance as it is not included in the room rate. It's one of the best spas some guests have ever been to, even though the full-day price is £200pp excluding extras. The SPA's evening price starts at £75. The hotel has a beautiful setting, but some guests commented on the extremely tired decor and untidy communal areas. Some guests had unpleasant experiences with the reception and restaurant staff and food.
