Guests enjoyed the balcony pool and the Serenity Club private area with excellent views. The pools offer plenty of activities and are great for both relaxing and partying. While the beach may not be the greatest, the soft sand beach and pools were pretty and the hotel cleans the sargasso seaweed daily. The spacious rooms and amazing pool were highlights for many, although some found the water in the swim up pool to be too cold. With plenty of restaurants and cabanas, there is ample space to lounge and relax by the pool. Overall, guests found the pools to be gorgeous, fabulous and dreamy, but for those who don't like pools, there may not be much else to do aside from laying by the pool. Show more

With two beautiful swimming pools, guests can chill and relax in a peaceful ambiance surrounded by the gorgeous gardens. The infinity pool is particularly loved by many and the pool facilities are well maintained and good. The pool-side service is excellent and clients appreciate having the choice of two pools to choose from. However, during weekends, the music might be a little loud by the pool, which can be somewhat distracting. Nevertheless, the garden and pool areas are stunningly beautiful, clean and very well taken care of, which guests find quite impressive. The location might not be perfect, but guests love the lovely pool areas and the refreshing Cenote water in one of the pools. Also, the pool and garden areas are quiet and nice to refresh, offering a peaceful oasis of rest in noisy Tulum. Show more

With three beautiful pools, including an outdoor, rooftop, infinity and even a children's pool, there's something for everyone. The well-kept pool and beach area are stunning and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The view from the rooftop pool and bar is amazing and the free Sangria on the rooftop infinity pool in the afternoon is a cherry on top. While the main pool was almost always empty and the children's pool not very attractive, there are plenty of areas for relaxation both indoors and out. The hotel also boasts a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters. Just be aware that the pool is not ideal for kids and some guests have noted that the pool can get dirty without a robot to clean the bottom. But overall, Jashita Hotel's pools and grounds are amazing and the location on a secluded beach away from the crowds in Tulum is a real plus. Show more
