Es un edificio del s.XVIII, con blasón del señorío de Láncara. Rehabilitado en 1995 por sus actuales proìetarios Mario Azpilcueta y Mº José Rivas.

Antigua puerta de piedra de entrada de las fincas y un hórreo de piedra con hornacina. Por el desgaste de la piedra en los peldaños de paso de unos 15 cm, se estima su antigüedad de mediados de 1770.
