What is the history of the property?It was part of General Vallejo's property, 2 square miles was given to his niece Anna as a wedding gift in 1856. After her husband Herman Wohler died about 1857 she sold the land to her ranch foreman, Raford Peterson. He built the house and 3 generations of Peterson's lived here until 1980 when the remaining 4.2 acres was sold and became an Inn.
