Many guests were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities which exceeded their expectations. The indoor pool and spa area received high praise for its size and ambiance with large towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. Guests with children, however, found the pool to be a bit small. Unfortunately, some guests experienced issues with maintenance such as a broken counterflow system and missing handrails. While the pool was closed for renovation during some stays, most guests were able to enjoy it. A few guests were disappointed with the temperature of the pool and described it as too cold to be enjoyable.
