However, the grandkids loved the slides and the cabanas were great for relaxing. The pool services, bartending and pool bars had early closing timings. Additionally, some guests complained about the dirty pool area and uncomfortable seating. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the resort had to operate with minimal staff and some areas like slides and beaches were closed.
