The hotel's facilities are nothing short of exceptional, living up most of the time to the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The general atmosphere of the hotel is simply breathtaking and a sight to behold, as it beautifully adorns the surrounding area. The food at the hotel is great with the breakfast and dinner buffet being quite satisfying. Although the lunch options can be a bit lacking, the on-site restaurants are still worth trying out. The staff are accommodating, always striving to provide A+ service with some guests even receiving early check-ins. While the COVID-19 pandemic has unfortunately limited a few facilities like the Greek restaurant and the SPA, the hotel has ensured strict measures are put in place to protect guests. However, some guests felt that the hotel charging €60 was a bit much. Despite this, there is no denying that the Euphoria Resort is an excellent resort in Chania and definitely deserves praise for its exceptional facilities, services and staff.
