However, guests should note that there is no shower soap provided and only one of the three outdoor saunas was in operation with lounge chairs occupying the outdoor showers. Hotel guests are only provided with one towel, which must be used as a blanket for lounging, a towel for showering and as a sauna mat. Nonetheless, there are several different warm pools to choose from, which are always clean and of good water quality. The hotel has separate areas for guests aged 18+ and families with children, although some visitors have noted that some children tend to misbehave in the pool area. The children's pool is quite small, but the 18+ area has a pool where some tiles have come loose- although there seems to be no risk of injury. The pool's opening hours are relatively late and other services have seen reduced operating hours as well. Nevertheless, visitors can enjoy an Olympic-sized pool with ample shade and trees and plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The hotel's pool area is always clean and quiet, making it an excellent place to relax and unwind.
