If you're looking for a mountain view hotel with good facilities and services, Hotel AquaCity Seasons might just be the right choice for you! Despite a few negative reviews regarding the quality of the food and some unhelpful staff members, the majority of the reviews compliment the good standard of the rooms which were clean, modern and up to 4-star standards. The hotel also offers an aquapark which opens at 10 AM on weekends - a bit late according to some guests - but much appreciated nonetheless. The reception staff were praised for being helpful and friendly. While some guests noted that the buffet didn't have a huge selection, others were more concerned with the overall quality which they found to be of a very good standard. A few guests also noted some absent details like carpets on the floor which can get slippery, but overall, Hotel AquaCity Seasons seems to offer good value for the price and seems to be worth considering for your next mountain getaway.

However, some perceive the price as too high for the services provided with a clear distinction made between the quality of the hotel and the level of service provided. Small issues, such as the requirement to pay for slippers, were somewhat unexpected given the hotel's 4-star rating. Some complaints concern the quality of food, which guests feel does not meet the expected standard for a 4-star hotel.
