This resort is truly one of the best all-inclusive properties around with a fantastic location, gorgeous sea and garden views and top-notch staff. Water sports activities are included and the resort has an amazing all-inclusive drink selection with a wide variety of cocktails to choose from. The room service is a great perk, included as part of the all-inclusive package and available all day. However, the restaurant booking system needs improvement. Though some guests found fault in the food quality, it is important to note that the resort offers full restaurant service, not just typical all-inclusive buffets. All in all, this resort's all-inclusive package is truly comprehensive with everything covered and so much more superior to other all-inclusive resorts in the area. Just be aware that the restaurant booking system is a bit cumbersome and the portions and quality of some dishes can be a bit lacking.

There are also several great à la carte restaurants to choose from. The resort offers a lot of activities for families and there are transfers within the complex all the time. You get access to the resorts around you as well and there are so many restaurants to try. However, reserving a spot at one of the restaurants may be difficult. Some guests were not happy that the resort is not truly all inclusive and you only get a certain number of restaurant reservations per stay. Also, some activities such as the theater cost extra. Despite these few issues, many guests felt that their vacation was excellent and that the resort was an overall good value.
