The staff is customer-centric, making it the nicest hotel some guests have ever stayed in. The hotel is rated as a 5-star+ with un bel établissement bien situé and an exceptional and superb ambiance. While some guests felt the price was a bit high compared to other 5-star hotels in the area, overall the hotel was fantastic with great proximity to Yumbo and the beach. The hotel's design is magnifique and prachtig and the comfortable, spacious suites with beautiful sea views and dressing rooms are exceptional. Guests can enjoy the excellent breakfast buffet with panoramic views of the ocean and dunes. The spa and pools are also great for relaxation. The only downside of the hotel is some rooms not meeting the expected 5-star standards. Despite this, the hotel staff and personal services were excellent, making it a great spot for a romantic weekend or a dream vacation on the beach.
