Even if you don't want to walk to the water park, shuttles, buses and a small train can take you wherever you want to go. The water park is brilliant and enjoyed by kids of all ages. Guests love the pool area with an outdoor pool, lazy river and water slides. For all-inclusive guests, the pool is included and there are even extra pools to enjoy. However, some guests found the pool area to be over-crowded at times with not enough shade outside, but the pool itself is a decent size and quite enjoyable. The staff is friendly and there is even a designated person for towel collection at the pool. While almost all rooms face the pool, some guests complain about the noise from people playing ball in the pool, disturbing the tranquility of the area. There are also some negative comments about the pool being small for the quantity of guests. Nonetheless, the presence of the water park across the street makes it all worthwhile and overall, the pool facilities of the hotel are very good and the park makes children (and adults) happy.
