The Terrace Hotel is generally considered accessible for guests with disabilities, featuring useful amenities such as non-slip treads and specially designed disability rooms. The bathroom has been thoughtfully redesigned to accommodate disabled guests, though it may be smaller compared to other rooms. Despite these positives, there are some challenges, such as occasional elevator outages, which could be inconvenient for those relying on them for upper floor access. Some guests noted the lack of a door on the accessible bathroom, which affects privacy. While taxi drop-offs can be tricky due to the main road setup, most guests found a way to manage. Overall, the hotel makes a commendable effort in catering to guests with limited mobility, though there are areas for improvement.

Nesuto Mounts Bay offers secure and very accessible parking, which is convenient for guests arriving by car. The hotel's location is favorable, being easily accessible and close to public transport options. However, the hotel's overall accessibility has room for improvement, especially for guests with mobility issues. Some reviews indicate that the lack of pathways can be an inconvenience for those with limited mobility. Elderly guests or those who have undergone recent knee operations may find it difficult to manage the shower facilities, as they are placed over bathtubs, posing a challenge for less agile individuals. Overall, while the hotel has a great location and parking facilities, it may need to improve certain aspects to better accommodate guests with disabilities.
